Applying What Has Been Learned

“Out of clutter, find simplicity. From discord, find harmony. In the middle of difficulty, lies opportunity.”

— Albert Einstein

I love this Einstein quote because it is so applicable to what we’re going through today.

Now that you’ve been leading your teams remotely for a couple of months, now is a really good time to ask yourself…

  • Where have we simplified our work? When we get to our new normal, how do we keep from including all the old clutter simply because it’s how we did it before?
  • Where have we found harmony as a team? How can we hold on to it as some of us move back into an office environment?
  • What opportunities are we beginning to see?  How can we make these opportunities real for our team and organization?

I have no doubt that each of us has learned greatly during these extraordinary times. Please consider how you can apply what you learned to make tomorrow better.
