A Culture of Humans
I firmly believe a company’s culture is in large part defined by the behaviors of the humans who are part a part of that company. I further believe that, you as a leader, have more impact on the people who report to you than anything else, and thus have much more impact on your company’s culture than you might think. So… here’s my question for you. Does culture have more influence on leadership? Or does leadership have more influence on culture? Think about it.
This section of my website exists because I believe it’s essential that leaders have an understanding how their relationship with the humans reporting to them impacts the culture of a company. More to come in future blog posts.
