Identifying and developing future leaders has become a longer term strategy for companies… at all levels.
Unfortunately, this is a major challenge for most companies. A recent study by Deloitte Insights found that although 86% of the leaders they surveyed thought planning for future leaders was urgent or important, only 14% felt they did it well.
This section of my website will not only provide helpful leader information for companies, but will provide you, the leader with tools and resources that will help you in identifying and developing future leaders in your area of responsibility.
You will also notice a section titled A CULTURE OF HUMANS because I firmly believe a company’s culture is in large part defined by the behaviors of the humans who are a part of that company. I’ll spend more time making my point in future posts.
